• October 3rd, we'll begin a new Children's Church program, Children's Worship and Wonder. Parents' orientation sessions in October. The room will be set up in the 1st-2nd Grade Sunday School classroom. Opportunities for involvement include: teen guides and assistants (must attend a training session) and story tellers. Another way to participate is to purchase items for a story box which will be used during worship. All donated story boxes will be marked with the name of the contributors.

• Sat., Sept. 11, Football Parking with Youth who signed up. Someone needs to drop you off at 2:00pm and pick you up at 6:00pm – there are no extra parking spots available. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, etc.   Youth: sign up with Sondra for Football Parking to get 1/2-paid camp scholarships next summer!
• Sunday, Sept. 12th will be our Youth Kick-off at Boomer Lake for Grades 6-12. There will be great food, fun, a chance to have your photo on the youth room wall for the entire year, and an opportunity to fill out the annual forms. Parents are encouraged to attend as well. If you have digital cameras please bring them along - I need help photographing small groups. Bring your friends and be ready to start of the youth year right.

• Sept 24-26th FAMILY CAMP-OUT at Lake McMurtry. We’ve reserved spots at the Eastside Pavilion. Cost is $10 per family. Bring your tent and enjoy the weekend.
